Requirements
  • Skilled in all things Adobe Creative Suite, with specific experience in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
  • Must have deep understanding of internet culture, memes and social platforms
  • Video production/shooting skills preferred
  • Motion Graphics experience preferred
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expert knowledge of high-performing and trending content formats across social media platforms
Responsibilities
  • Develop and edit the short-form and long-form content for all social media channels - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasting, Twitter, and more
  • Assist Director of Content in any and all production & organization tasks
  • Help Conceptualize and execute creative video and content briefs for social media to support new market launches, new flavors, and major marketing events
  • Shoot social-first native content, interviews, viral videos, music festivals, etc.
  • Stay current on high-performing and trending content formats across social platforms
  • Draft contracts for freelance creatives, create pitch decks for new creator hires
  • Keep learning creative ways to tell visual stories through text, music, graphic design and motion graphics — and effectively apply new techniques to videos.
  • Organize, log, export, transcribe footage and files in content/asset library as well as daily creative requests from other teams
