Requirements
  • This position requires a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a related Sales, Marketing, or Client Success operations role, preferably in SaaS operations
  • Knowledge of commercial contracts, order forms, legal, and pricing processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Familiar with major CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Hubspot
  • Extensive experience with common billing systems
  • Comfortable performing workflow analysis assessments
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and time management skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Manages multiple projects at once while paying strict attention to detail
  • Ability to make independent decisions, manage projects and present findings
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and new meeting business needs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Team-oriented with a fun-spirit and sense of humor
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams on critical strategic and operational projects to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current Go to Market processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, standardization and automation
  • Develop new processes that support Benevity's Go to Market motion as we continue to grow fast and evolve
  • Assist with special Revenue Operations projects that solve for both intermediate and long-term needs
  • Pay special attention to ensure accuracy and quality of contact and contract data from Prospect through to Renewal stages
  • Work in collaboration with others in Revenue Operations, including the Systems and Analytics Teams, who you will partner with for project completion
  • Work closely with the Salesforce team to ensure our CRM is optimized to support the operational needs of the Go to Market organization
  • Provide insights and recommendations backed by data
  • Partner with our internal Enablement Team to plan and conduct process improvement training across the Go to Market organization
  • Focus on improving key transition points between teams along the Prospect and Client Journeys
