We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic HR team for a term of 12 months, full time. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting in project management, system integration, data ownership, and maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of our HR Information System (HRIS) and related processes.

 

 

HRIS System Management - System Integration:

 

·Oversee the integration of HRIS with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.

·Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to streamline data flow and system interoperability.

·Evaluate and recommend integration solutions to optimize HRIS functionality.

 

 

Project Coordination:

 

·Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define objectives, and deliverables.

·Liaison with HRIS vendor

 

Data Ownership and Governance:

 

·Establish and enforce data ownership policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

·Implement and maintain data governance practices to enhance data quality and compliance.

·Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure adherence to best practices.

 

Maintenance and Optimization:

 

·Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

·Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and efficiency improvements working with vendors on product updates and new releases.

·Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to recommend and implement best practices.

 

User Training and Support:

 

·Provide training to end-users on HRIS functionality, data entry, and report generation.

·Act as a point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support.

·Engage necessary stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues when required

 

 

·Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

·Proven experience in HRIS project management, system integration, and data governance.

·In-depth knowledge of HR systems (preferably Dayforce) and their functionalities.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

·Certification in project management, change management, business analysis or HRIS-related fields is a plus.
