Full-Time LVN Charge Nurse at Redwood Cove Healthcare Center
Location: Ukiah, CA
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $2,500

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage nursing staff during assigned shift
• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Coordinate resident care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Active California LVN license
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Compassionate, detail-oriented, and resident-focused
