ProSidian Seeks a Senior Consultant | Cross-Functional (Change, Delivery, Development, Strategy) [GMU0018017] for Information Technology on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Fairfax VA Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Senior Consultant candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as GMU.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Cross-Functional (Change, Delivery, Development, Strategy) Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Senior Consultant [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS) Generally Located In CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Unite disciplines—integrating change, delivery, development, and strategy to deliver holistic, seamless IT solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior Consultant | Cross-Functional (Change, Delivery, Development, Strategy) [GMU0018017]

• Act as SME across IT domains.
• Support ITS staff on complex projects.
• Lead workshops and provide guidance.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Senior Consultant | Cross-Functional (Change, Delivery, Development, Strategy) [GMU0018017] (GMU0018017) Candidates:

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT consulting.

Skills Required

• Specialized in at least one core GMU platform.

• Leadership, adaptability, advanced expertise.
