  • Strong organizational time management skills, self-directed work style, and polished communication skills.
  • Comfort working with a content management system; knowledge of Copilot is a plus but not required.

  • A self-starter who relishes the opportunity to accelerate the growth of Condé Nast Traveler's commerce business.
Responsibilities
  • Build commerce products, hotel review pages, articles, galleries, and storefronts for cntraveler.com.
  • Act as a liaison between editors and visuals team for photo needs.
  • Take inventory of products and update sold out items, sale prices, available colors, etc.
  • Maintain database of hotel reviews.
  • Assist with venue card production, working with both the Destination and Commerce editors as well as Art leads to ensure all venues have photos of appropriate quality and diversity, as well as article builds.
  • Work with the Traveler commerce and partnership teams to identify affiliate link optimizations.
  • Update production workflow calendars, production manuals, and process one-sheets.
  • Assist in building commerce newsletter sends.
  • Assist in production for travel booking and shopping events (Black Friday–Travel Tuesday, Amazon Prime Day) and tentpoles (Readers’ Choice Awards, Gold List, Hot List, Triple Crown).
  • Additional duties as required, or as assigned by manager.
