Requirements
  • An associate or bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of quality assurance, inspection, manufacturing, aerospace, or gas turbine repair experience.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, repair manuals, and work instructions.
  • Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of gas turbine components and repaired hardware.
  • Verify compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, repair instructions, and quality requirements.
  • Review and approve routers, inspection records, and repair documentation for completeness and accuracy.
  • Sign off job close-outs and ensure all required quality documentation is complete before shipment.
  • Identify and document non-conformances and support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management system requirements, work instructions, and repair processes, including the calibration system, nonconformance reporting, material review board, and supplier quality processes.
  • Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits as required.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve quality concerns and improve process performance.
  • Maintain quality records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.
