- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Management.
- Seven years of industrial supervisory experience in a quality-related field within the automotive industry.
- Experience with plastics injection molding.
- Experience working in a multinational organization and within a matrixed reporting relationship.
- Knowledge of TS 16949.
- A proven track record of cultural change within a company.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to respond to customer and employee inquiries.
- Ability to communicate business solutions, concepts, and strategies clearly and effectively to upper management.
- Knowledge of financial reports, sales volumes, and annual reports, with the ability to convert this information into quantifiable data understandable across international operations.
- Must be a United States citizen or green card holder.
- Verification of all certifications and degrees.
- Develop and implement quality control and productivity strategies.
- Coach, train, and direct the Quality Department and its staff.
