- Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable polygraph and be a U.S. citizen.
- Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Have at least three years of experience in software development or engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis and resolution.
- A master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.
- Have experience with Java 8 or later.
- Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot interfaces between multiple applications.

- Have experience with Quarkus.

- Redevelop a new frontend incorporating Section 508 accessibility capabilities in a new user interface.
- Proficiency with screen readers.
- Knowledge of 5508/WAI-ARIA.
- Experience with Oracle.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Experience with agency reporting and dissemination tools.
- Knowledge of agency classification policies.
- Experience working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence.
