Requirements

Responsibilities
- Lead software development teams of 5-10 people within Perchwell. These teams could have different types of software engineers with different skill sets
- Grow and mentor high performing teams
- Effectively manage competing priorities and multiple streams of work
- Continue to build the Perchwell engineering organization by helping to recruit great people
- Several years of Engineering Management experience
- Team performance management
- Product development processes and best practices, including code quality, bug prioritization, code refactoring, and documentation
- Hiring and team development
- Team execution and deliverables
- Agile project management
- Good communication to different stakeholders
- Prior success as an individual contributor software engineer. You are technical
