Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5-7 years of related experience or equivalent work experience
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership to positively influence end-to-end results
- Problem-solve skills and a continuous improvement mindset are crucial to turn out succinct projects and improve processes and ways of working across the team

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive business outcomes (hand raisers and pipe generation)
- Create programs for all stages of the funnel with priority on creating engagement, generating new leads, and nurturing them to generate pipeline
- Dig deep into our data and audiences to identify high-value personas and audiences; advise and recommend tactics that can drive short-term impact, as well as those that educate and develop new audiences
- Organize internal resources and drive consensus on the campaign focus for core products which will result in a cohesive demand gen plan
- Collaborate and secure buy-in with the other teams (Content, Creative, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Sales) to create an enterprise marketing strategy that drives demand and pipeline impact for core product
- Lead cross-functional meetings on a routine cadence to inform your team of the campaign plan, ongoing performance and on-going needs
- Work in close collaboration with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign is trackable and setup optimally
- Provide continuous and ongoing analysis of tactics, noting areas needing improvement and applying insights to optimize future campaign investments
- Setup campaign plans to be adopted globally and through channel/partner
- Identify new opportunities to reach new clients, including new formats, communities/forums and innovative delivery mechanisms
- Demonstrate a growth mindset that balances the need of getting things done in a timely manner while ensuring your efforts support on-going iteration, optimization, and repeatability
- Typically requires a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience
