- Responsible to the VP Director of Mortgage Lending for the fulfillment of duties assigned
- Has the ability to achieve profit, growth and customer service objectives within Bank policy guidelines
- Good sales and computer skills and a proven ability to develop business are necessary
- Should be analytically minded and possess good judgment
- Must demonstrate management, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of the bank’s lending policies, procedures and documentation requirements
- Motivated to be active in the communities they service and being active on social media platforms.
- Process loan applications (Consumer and Real Estate)
- Call on current and new customers to generate new business within trade area
- Screens loan requests based on financial institution policies and on types of loans offered by the institution
- Order appraisals, credit reports, background checks, reference checks and other information needed on loan applicants
- Increase the deposit base of the branch within the parameters of authority
- Coordinate and assist with the closing of loans
- Assist with collection on past due loans for your branch

Vitz has been part of the First Farmers team as Assistant Branch Manager, where she has built strong relationships with customers and served as a trusted resource within the Clay City community. With more than 15 years of banking experience, she brings a deep commitment to providing personal, attentive service and supporting the financial goals of local residents and businesses.
