Requirements
  • 3+ years in project coordination in a hardware/embedded or communications environment; Aero terminal and/or satellite systems exposure is a plus.
  • Hands-on with Primavera (or MSP with willingness to master OPC), Jira/Confluence, Power BI, and SharePoint/Teams.
  • Competence reading SOWs/CDRLs and coordinating design review readiness.
  • Strength in meeting facilitation, action/decision tracking, and document hygiene; disciplined about data integrity and version control.
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business management, or relevant discipline with a preference in communication systems or satellite terminals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
  • Support the Aero Program Manager in the development and maintenance of project schedules, and milestone reporting for aero user terminals.
  • Coordinate schedule updates with the PMO to ensure successful and accurate integration with the IMS.
  • Coordinate project activities with cross-functional teams including system engineering, user terminal engineering, program management, product management and commercial to deliver compliant solutions - on time and on budget.
  • Drive review readiness for major design reviews and coordinate the approval and closeout of major milestones.
  • Ensure all deliverables are captured in our internal systems for tracking and traceability.
  • Keep Jira current for program‑level milestones, document reviews, and AIs;
  • Own meeting hygiene: agendas, minutes, decision & risk logs, and weekly roll‑ups.
  • Assist the PM with change control (CNs/CCB/Webcon), ensuring scope/schedule deltas and baselines are documented and reflected in schedules and reports.
  • Partner with PMO schedulers to ensure UT content flows correctly into enterprise dashboards.
