  • 5+ years of progressive HR/ People Operations experience that includes developing and implementing people programs in a high-growth environment in the US and internationally
  • Strong knowledge of global employment laws, regulations, benefits, and compliance requirements
  • Operational expertise, proven track record of process improvement, documentation and systems integrations
  • Strong analytical, organizational and facilitation skills

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and support processes related to global onboarding, offboarding, benefit administration, and compliance for both employees and contractors
  • Manage Kojo’s benefits program, including negotiating annual renewals, handling annual reporting, running open enrollment, and supporting employees
  • Collaborate with Controller on payroll to ensure accurate processing of all internal changes
  • Efficiently manage all leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations while maintaining clear communication with employees and relevant stakeholders
  • Support the administration and tracking of the People Operation policies and programs
  • Own annual reporting for the company, including ACA, EEO-C, 5500s as well as other annual reporting and compliance tasks
  • Build trust with employees and provide a high quality employee experience by resolving issues promptly and responding to employee questions and concerns related to payroll, benefits, compensation, leaves, and other established or new processes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, such as insurance carriers, benefit providers, and third-party administrators
