Responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for all industry conferences, in-person meetings, and events.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee every aspect of a high-profile summit of C-suite executives for our industry partners, including identifying and securing speakers, coordinating all logistics, curating the event agenda, and ensuring a seamless on-site experience.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team and organization, including team member onboarding and team remote events.
