Requirements
  • Be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Serve as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician, including as the supervising Licensed Behavior Analyst for assigned cases.
  • Maintain compliance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards.
  • Maintain a small independent caseload.
  • Provide mandatory monthly client and family sessions and data-driven treatment oversight.
  • Coach and direct Behavior Analytic Technicians.
  • Provide licensure-focused coaching and training in assessment and clinical programming.
  • Conduct competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Conduct routine audits of contracts, session notes, and fieldwork submissions and logs.
  • Maintain updated treatment plans and progress reports.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure individualized programs and treatment plans are developed and delivered to high standards of care.
  • Maintain an efficient supervision structure and monitor compliance across assigned cases.
  • Act as the supervising Licensed Behavior Analyst for assigned cases and ensure supervision compliance and client outcomes.
  • Deliver initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming.
  • Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director on case assignment decisions.
  • Support complex or high-acuity cases as needed.
  • Contribute to center culture and participate in local team-building efforts.
  • Support clinical operations.
  • Set expectations for team members and demonstrate the organization’s values through consistent behavior and actions.
