Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Accounting, Information Systems, Program Management, or similar degree. Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • Three (3) years of experience in conducting export trade compliance and/or quality assurance (form, content, grammar, and requirement compliance) of systems and software processes, documentation, and verification audits
  • Minimum of one (1) year of export trade compliance experience
  • Experience with Government systems and software engineering evaluation, including formal and informal audits and technical reviews
  • Minimum of three (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
  • Clearance Required: Must have TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direction, input, and guidance to programs and employees related to export and import compliance
  • Assist in drafting export license applications, and process Export Administration Regulations (EAR) exception requests.
  • Maintain records/documentation related to export authorizations
  • Conduct export training for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in drafting State Department export licenses, technical assistance agreements, and process International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) exemption requests.
  • Assist in managing export and import authorization records in the Leidos’ records system.
  • Review International Business Review Board (IBRB) routings for export /import compliance.
