Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience or willingness to learn ION, NetSuite, and Arena for inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Gsuite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • U.S. Citizenship, Lawful Permanent Residency, or Refugee/Asylee Status Required
Responsibilities
  • Regularly monitor and update inventory records using ION, NetSuite, and Arena systems. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
  • Identify and suggest improvements in inventory management processes to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare and present inventory reports. Document inventory processes and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to meet inventory with business needs.
  • Address and resolve inventory discrepancies. Investigate root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in conducting periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
