Responsibilities
  • Assist the Match Grant Coordinator to administer the Match Grant program focused on self-sufficiency and early employment for refugees newly arrived
  • Assist in initial evaluation of cases for MG eligibility
  • Conduct intakes for walk-in cases and refer to the appropriate World Relief program
  • Assist in conducting program orientations for new MG participants and meet with current cases as needed to assess progress towards self-sufficiency or to address problems
  • Enroll MG participants and maintain MG program information in databases
  • Prepare and process programmatic paperwork
  • Help to create Economic Inclusion Team training materials for staff
  • Assist in running the monthly Match Grant staff meeting
  • Monitor and review case files for accuracy with all the necessary documentation, case file reports, and case notes that describe progress towards self-sufficiency
  • Draft budgets for the Economic Inclusion team as needed
  • Help oversee monthly disbursement of cash, rental, and utility assistance
  • Maintain database with current case and Gift-In-Kind (GIK) data
  • Assist in overseeing/distributing transportation resources
  • Assist in data tracking and reporting
  • Assist with monitoring's from Home Office and program funders
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
