- Optimize provider schedules through efficient scheduling.
- Collect patient demographics, insurance plans, and reasons for visits.
- Run insurance eligibility checks and update insurance plans as needed.
- Handle prescription refill requests and coordinate with in-house medical assistants.
- Update account records with concise and detailed notes.
- Partner with medical offices and medical assistants.
- Achieve call-volume and average-handle-time targets.
- Consult team leaders and supervisors to resolve escalated requests.
