Copilot is a B2B SaaS platform that provides a single client portal for service businesses. It combines features like secure messaging, invoicing, document sharing, contract management, data collection forms, and a customer support helpdesk into one place to simplify how businesses and their clients work together. The product works as a subscription service: companies pay a recurring fee to use the portal, which their team and clients access through a web interface. Unlike tools that require multiple separate apps, Copilot aims to replace several tools with a single, easy-to-use platform that is tailored for service industries such as accounting firms, law firms, eCommerce teams, and startups. Its goal is to help these businesses run faster and communicate more clearly by keeping all client interactions, documents, and transactions in one organized system.
