We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, ensuring each one runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events from start to finish
Liaise with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all requirements are met
Prepare event materials, itineraries, and logistical documentation
Manage scheduling, registrations, and attendee communications
Provide on-site support during events to guarantee smooth operations
Maintain accurate records and reports for post-event evaluation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments
Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
