  • 8+ years of experience in supplier-quality engineering
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, NASA quality standards)

Responsibilities
  • Lead material planning, supplier base management, logistics, inventory, and production coordination functions
  • Establish foundational processes for material and hardware entry and processing throughout the facility, including Item Master, BOM creation, clear-to-build analysis, and data analytics
  • Develop material management, flow, and production control strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve supplier quality, sustaining a culture of problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, issue corrective actions, and support the development of critical suppliers
  • Confirm supplier compliance with industry standards, such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and NASA quality requirements
  • Analyze defect data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement among suppliers
