  • Build and maintain workflows, automations, and reporting that power day-to-day Sales and Customer Success operations.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, including property naming conventions, picklist hygiene, deduplication, and record lifecycle policies.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success leaders to document and continuously improve core go-to-market processes, including lead-to-opportunity, opportunity-to-close, customer onboarding, renewal, and expansion.

Spellbook launches autonomous AI system to manage contracts end-to-end for 4,500+ legal teams

Spellbook, an AI contract infrastructure platform used by over 4,500 legal teams across 80 countries, has launched Autonomous Contract Management (ACM), which it describes as the first AI system handling contracts end-to-end. The platform manages the entire contract lifecycle from initial receipt through renewal. Spellbook ACM operates across three workflows: intake, which autonomously pulls contracts from email, Slack and Salesforce, triaging and reviewing against standards; review, where negotiations run in organised workspaces with automatic version tracking; and insight, which stores agreements post-signature and flags renewals whilst monitoring for regulatory changes. The launch addresses persistent inefficiencies in contract management, with a recent Spellbook Labs report showing contract issue rates haven't improved in 20 years despite existing CLM tools. The system is rolling out to select teams, with a waitlist available.
