- 5+ years of overall professional software development experience
- 5+ years of experience developing software in Java and design
- Experience working with one or more from the following: Cloud/AWS, IAM/IGA, Compliance, Security and Privacy
- Experience with SQL, large scale databases, and related technologies, such as DynamoDB, Aurora, Postgres, MySQL, and Hibernate or other ORM technologies.
- Experience with messaging, queues, and events, such as redis and kafka
- Comprehensive experience with object-oriented analysis and design skills
- A positive and collaborative demeanor
- Great communication skills
- BS in Computer Science, or a related field
- Deliver efficient, maintainable, robust Java based microservices.
- Produce designs and rough estimates, and implement features based on product requirements.
- Provide technical guidance for peers and help shape team initiatives
- Collaborate with peers on designs, code reviews, and testing.
- Produce unit and end-to-end tests to improve code quality and maximize code coverage for new and existing features.
- Share support of critical team systems by participating in on-call rotations
- Experience with the Go programming language
- Experience with AWS environments and products
- Experience working on a large, full-featured, business-focused product

SailPoint Technologies raised $1.38 billion in its US IPO, pricing shares at $23 each. The Austin-based identity security firm and its parent company, Thoma Bravo, sold 60 million shares, valuing SailPoint at $12.6 billion. This marks SailPoint's return to the public market after being privatized in a $6.9 billion deal in 2022. The IPO exceeded initial estimates of 50 million shares priced between $19 and $21.
