- A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution is required; three years of progressive specialty experience may substitute for each year of education.
- At least four years of experience in information technology is required.

- Create requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
- Provide solutions across wireline domains including copper and fiber, and hybrid or wireless domains including 3G, 4G, and LTE, for retail, wholesale, and enterprise segments.
- Perform business analysis, business process modeling, information model development, use-case development, design documentation, and Unified Modeling Language modeling.
- Provide advanced domain advisory services.
- Apply delivery methodologies for the software lifecycle, including Agile.
- Apply current standards such as eTOM, TAM, and SID to customer experience management and digital transformation.
- At least six years of experience in the telecommunications domain with strong exposure to operations support systems and business support systems.
- At least four years of experience creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, and process detailing.
- Experience in digital transformation and customer experience management, including e-commerce or self-service.
- Functional knowledge of telecommunications business support systems.
- Understanding of market and technology trends.
