Requirements
  • 4+ years as a strong UX Designer within a SaaS, Software Environment or within Technology field
  • A bachelor's degree in any discipline (as UX is a multi-disciplinary field) or equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to produce artifacts such as sketches, user flows, storyboards, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and user journey maps.
  • Proactive research skills including conducting exploratory semi-structured interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills for reporting and presenting research findings to stakeholders.
  • Experience in usability research and staying updated with current trends in usability best practices and methods.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles and experience in participating in the development and implementation of User Experience policies, processes, and standards.
  • Ability to work on multiple moderate to complex tasks/projects collaboratively within the UX team and with the research and development organization.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the end-to-end user experience process aligned to the Nintex Feature Development Lifecycle process.
  • Produce artifacts during the process including sketches, user flows, storyboards, high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, user journey maps, and more as required for the project.
  • Proactively conduct research from initial exploration and discovery phase right through to product launch.
  • Conduct research using various methods including exploratory semi-structured interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • Analyze research findings, write reports, and communicate results to the UX and product teams.
  • Execute usability research to ensure that solutions provided are accessible and intuitive.
  • Identify potential usability issues and design opportunities through testing of designs.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of User Experience policies, processes, and standards.
  • Assist in the creation of the Nintex Design System, the UX research library, and UX toolkit.
  • Help in the design of procedures and metrics to measure the impact of design changes.
  • Work on multiple moderate to complex tasks/projects collaboratively within the UX team and with the research and development organization.
