Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical service to assigned customers, driving value and ensuring satisfaction while also identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Communicating with sales management regarding account activities is vital to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Providing weekly reporting (develops charts, diagrams, and standard reports) and inventory management are integral tasks to maintain oversight and accountability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with our valued clients, ensuring continuity and fostering trust.
  • Seek out and capitalize on new product opportunities within your assigned territory, leveraging existing relationships and market insights.
  • Engage in comprehensive training programs and site visits to deepen your understanding of territory plants and customer operations.
  • Develop and execute effective sales plans to secure new business and expand our market presence.
