Responsibilities
- Ensure a fun atmosphere.
- Identify and resolve issues impacting the guest experience.
- Clean the location.
- Validate compliance and training.
- Manage the overall floor, including bowling, bar, and lane service.
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
- Report product and service issues.
- Review timecards.
- Maintain quality of inventories.
- Check in deliveries.
