Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted business partner and mentor to senior leaders in the organization.
  • Address root causes of human resources issues with a methodical approach.
  • Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the 'Chief People Officer' for your business.
  • Successfully implement company-wide programs and initiatives, such as salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change.
  • Drive organizational efficiency and foster an inclusive culture.
  • Coordinate talent management and succession planning activity.
  • Speak 'business' more than 'HR' lingo.
