Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Two years of experience in office administration are required.
  • Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to positively and professionally interact with clients and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning and execution of administrative operations.
  • Maintain the daily office calendar and monitor appointments.
  • Review and monitor project and program timelines and proactively identify issues.
  • Research and respond to inquiries about office procedures and processes.
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements for travel, meetings, and events.
  • Serve as primary or backup administrative support to assigned functional areas.
  • Provide administrative support for executive staff and various team members.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Compile and distribute candidate itineraries and schedules for interviews.
  • Provide administrative support with invoicing.
  • Provide administrative support with purchasing.
  • Monitor compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Provide technical information regarding administrative procedures.
  • Assist in establishing procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise and train student workers and support staff.
  • Assist in developing processes for student onboarding.
  • Work beyond normal office hours and/or on weekends when required.
  • Travel up to 30% or more when required.
