Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 4+ years of serving in a long-term incentive administration role
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or Accounting
  • Advanced proficiency with Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Results oriented with natural curiosity to solve-problems and come up with actionable solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of equity plans, various equity award types, equity security terminology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to consolidate and work with large volumes of data
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Interest in Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Gaming preferred
Responsibilities
  • Provide full scale administration support of FanDuel’s equity compensation and employee stock purchase programs through partnership with parent company
  • Responsible for supporting the issuance of new grants, exercises, cancellations, and vesting event planning and execution in partnership with other equity plan stakeholders
  • Provide accurate, timely information to key business stakeholders (i.e., Tax, Payroll, Finance, People Team) and support tax and regulatory compliance
  • Function as primary point of contact for both employee inquiries and external providers on all equity plan administration related matters
  • Handle the data management and integrity of equity plans between systems and providers, including overseeing data transfers, troubleshooting issues, and engaging with partners
  • Maintain the annual incentive pool model, provide input to plan design and model out performance scenarios
  • Assist HR Partners and managers on equity compensation-related inquiries or analytics as requested
  • Develop and maintain educational materials and other resources related to LTI equity compensation; lead employee training sessions as needed
  • Develop guidelines and document procedures for various equity compensation-related processes
  • Participate in other minor projects for the Total Rewards team as assigned such as executive compensation benchmarking and year-end compensation process support
