The HRBP plays a key supportive strategic role as a thought partner to aligned business leadership and their teams. You will be responsible for building successful relationships with business partners to execute strategy that will positively impact the Clinical and Network Success business units.  Operating within the Human Resources consulting model, you will work closely with HRBPs, HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR Shared Services (HRSS) to execute site specific responsibilities including workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, training, change management, compensation, colleague engagement, culture and enterprise HR initiatives.

This role will report to our Senior Manager, HRBP.

What will you do?

As partner to the business:

• Executes the HR strategy to address the current and future direction of their team
• Cascades site policy/practice initiatives
• Coaches and develops leaders to optimize performance
• Efficiently manages multiple and changing HR priorities and trends
• Evaluates the impact of site programs/strategies that impact the attraction, motivation, development, and retention of team members

As Operations Manager:

• Works with COEs, leveraging enterprise resources and expertise to support business units.
• Effectively leverages and shares key insights and actions based on HR data and metrics
• In partnership with Talent Acquisition, implements proactive staffing strategies to ensure talent goals are met
• Leverages tools and data resources to optimize organizational effectiveness (people, process, policy)

As Cultural Ambassador:

• Recognizes, articulates, and helps shape culture
• Supports leader and colleague focus on engagement activities
• Facilitates finding HR solutions for difficult/urgent situations
• Facilitates dialogue and discussion to align others on company values and related imperatives

We are looking for someone with:

• 3+ years experience as a Human Resources professional with demonstrated success in establishing strong business relationships as an advisor and consultant
• Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Professional certification highly desired (SHRM and/or PHR) a plus
• Ability to develop trusting relationships at all levels within the organization to gain support to achieve results.
• Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment and render good decisions while resolving problems.
• Communicate (written and verbal) in a highly effective way with Senior Leaders – focusing on content, outcomes and value relevant to business leaders.
• Serve as a thought leader and have the ability to have a hands on approach.
• Displays strong analytical skills that enables the business to make informed and effective decisions.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $54,000 to $93,500. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
