Interra Health has been formed through the merger of DoseSpot and Arrive Health, creating a platform that provides real-time coverage, pricing and pharmacy information to providers and patients during prescribing decisions. The merger is backed by Bain Capital Tech Opportunities as majority owner, with PSG, Providence and UPMC Enterprises as minority investors. The company combines Arrive Health's coverage and pricing network with DoseSpot's ePrescribing capabilities to help patients access medications at the lowest cost. Josh Weiner, former DoseSpot CEO, will lead the combined company, whilst Kyle Kiser, former Arrive Health CEO, becomes senior adviser and board member. Interra Health currently serves approximately 800,000 prescribers and reports that one-third of patients change their pharmacy after reviewing available options through the platform.
Electronic prescribing solution company DoseSpot launched Connect, a suite of tools that gives patients quick access to pharmacies offering the lowest price for their prescribed medication.
DoseSpot appoints Adam Gail as Chief Revenue Officer to spearhead next phase of growth.
