  • 4-6 years of lifecycle marketing experience, as a hands-on builder of multi-channel strategy and programs (Iterable experience needed)
  • Built testing strategies and measurement frameworks that drive real, incremental results
  • Ability to size up new opportunities and turn a long list of ideas into a focused, high-impact roadmap
  • Comfortable defining strategy as well as discussing tactics & technical specs
  • Fluent in both Marketing and Product, building trusting relationships across teams and effectively communicating the impact of work
  • Approach new challenges with a mindset of resilience, confidence, and creativity
Responsibilities
  • Own and elevate the full-funnel client journey, optimizing the experience for people actively seeking therapy and re-engaging those who’ve dropped out of the process
  • Build collaborative relationships across Marketing & Product to shape the broader client experience and contribute to the long-term vision of how people engage with Alma
  • Help consumers and clients get the most out of their mental health journey by sharing relevant & engaging information to educate and support their experience
  • Lead with experimentation, helping our team to develop scalable experimentation frameworks that drive impact
  • Partner with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to shape quarterly priorities and annual roadmaps, with a focus on measurable outcomes and mid-long term growth
  • Think creatively and with discipline to find low-lift, high-impact activities that drive your metrics forward, even evolving your KPIs based on the opportunities that you surface
