Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of Project Engineer, Consulting, and/or relevant industry experience
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination
  • Willingness to travel and/or relocate for the first 2 years

Responsibilities
  • Lead, oversee, and execute client project initiatives

  • Develop, execute, and delegate project strategy

  • Create technical documentation such as SOPs and protocols
  • Mentor and train internal team members
  • Support site and account leads in proposal generation
  • Maintain and present site dashboards
  • Coordinate team member utilization
  • Develop technical aptitude within the life science space
  • Contribute to the company's mission and culture
  • Support business development initiatives
  • Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders
