Requirements
  • 10 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
  • 10 years of experience leading operational or project-based work and tasks, and developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk.
  • 10 years of experience coordinating or managing resources for data center locations.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary lead for all security operations matters related to construction and ensure seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement cross-functional strategies to minimize operational costs, improve workflow efficiency, and drive global standardization across sites.
  • Collaborate on security requirements and provide recommendations that support the immediate needs of the business.
  • Oversee security projects to ensure technical infrastructure locations meet regional governmental, environmental, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Perform complex physical security risk assessments and provide actionable feedback to internal design teams for highly secure facilities.
  • Deliver full pieces of a project and make significant contributions with minimal guidance.
  • Use knowledge of security technology, data analysis, and data visualization to plan efforts for a team responsible for small- to medium-sized initiatives.
  • Contribute to cross-team collaborations, identify and recommend multiple creative ways to solve defined problems.
  • Drive security outcomes for critical infrastructure projects through expert technical contributions and leadership.
  • Use knowledge of physical security designs, construction operations, security operations, and local laws to develop programs aligned with global strategies while maximizing site efficiency.
  • Collaborate with executive management to prioritize complex construction projects.
  • Advocate for a culture of excellence and a safer, more collaborative work environment.
Desired Qualifications
  • 10 years of experience coordinating or leading security, including planning security operations or strategy for security programs.
  • 7 years of experience in security management, criminal justice, or engineering.
  • 5 years of experience managing incidents and crises.
  • Experience with construction-related efforts, including blueprint reviews and integrated security systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
