Requirements
  • 7+ years of growth product management experience within the healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of experience managing other product managers
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional product initiatives to deliver meaningful business and user outcomes
  • Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and a strong proclivity for using data to answer questions
  • Ability to convey complex ideas through written, visual, and verbal communication, always focusing on the "why” behind everything you do
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product strategy to maximize engagement across the Growth and Core product areas, including a broad set of features like Onboarding, Log-in, Home, Provider Finder, My Health, My Benefits, and more
  • Build strong perspective on roadmap priorities by deeply understanding the needs of our members and our customers, and by analyzing key business and product metrics
  • Define, measure, and report on success metrics to evaluate the impact of roadmap initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, data science, design, engineering, and sales to drive growth and product strategies and initiatives
  • Regularly report to executives on strategy, roadmap initiatives, and performance against key metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small group of Product Managers on your team
