Requirements
  • Law degree and admission to any State Bar
  • 7+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years of legal experience working with government contracts
  • Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating government contracts
  • Compliance program experience preferred
  • Experience supporting M&A, investment, and other corporate transactions preferred
  • Solid entity maintenance and other basic corporate experience
Responsibilities
  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating government and commercial contracts
  • Reviewing and improving standard form agreements and legal processes for government business
  • Assisting with requests for proposal, partnership agreements, business development efforts, and M&A due diligence
  • Researching and advising on regulatory and compliance issues
  • Assisting with intellectual property matters
