She previously served as Senior Creative Principal at Huge, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in design and experience innovation. S4 Capital's Monks has appointed Paula Marsilli as Vice President, Regional Accounts for Latin America. Based in Miami, Marsilli will lead strategic orchestration for key accounts, helping marketers transition to AI-first marketing supply chains. Marsilli brings over 20 years of experience across Brazil, Mexico and the United States, having held senior roles at Natura, Uber, VMLY&R, Omnicom Media Group, McCann and Ogilvy & Mather.
