Requirements
  • Are enrolled in a academic program that is physically located in the United States
  • Are enrolled in a Master's degree
  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 12 week internship maximum
  • Have at least two creative materials for Amazon to review. They can be in any format (i.e. website, PDF, slide deck, etc.)
  • Experience reviewing user research and data to build a strategic and user-friendly design
  • Currently working towards a Master's Degree in Human-Centered Interaction, Statistics, Psychology, Design, Computer Science, or other equivalent discipline, with an expected conferral date between October 2025 – December 2028.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a comprehensive research plan.
  • Identify best method or mix of quantitative and qualitative methods based on priorities, research questions, timeline, and resourcing.
  • Design, conduct, and analyze results from 1-3 studies including usability lab studies, remote research, field studies, and survey design.
