Requirements
  • 8+ years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager
  • 4+ years of product owner experience or working closely with product managers to translate customer and market needs into product deliverables through the entire product life cycle
  • 3+ years of experience leading Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning implementations
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with product design, architects and business partners to discover the most impactful solutions, and then work together to deliver those solutions
  • Operate as a designer of both business processes and technical requirements, ensuring implemented solutions deliver incredible experiences
  • Contribute to large cross-functional initiatives and implementations that enable us to build outstanding experiences for our Workmates
  • Hold teams accountable to results, signing up for results even when it means working through others
  • Influence teammates, colleagues, internal customers, and key executives through data and logic
Desired Qualifications
  • Proven understanding of modern product discovery and product delivery techniques and agile methods
  • Strong ability to understand and interpret data to develop hypothesis, define experiments to prove (or disprove)
  • Ability to determine solutions to hard problems with many constraints, assess risks, and lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative
  • Shown ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, strategy, etc.
  • Consistent record of engaging with engineers, architects, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
