Requirements
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and work a 40-hour week, with additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in facilities management, manufacturing, or a maintenance planning role.
  • Previous experience coordinating and supervising maintenance personnel in a manufacturing environment.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Crystal Reports, and computerized maintenance management software.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain the preventive maintenance program and develop continuous improvements to reduce downtime and increase production uptime.
  • Improve and maintain the computerized maintenance management software to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time completion of preventive maintenance work orders.
  • Manage capital projects using a structured method to optimize investment decisions and deliver projects efficiently and successfully.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve safety, appearance, and the overall cost effectiveness of operations.
  • Monitor assigned budgets and make changes necessary to remain within company goals.
  • Maintain discipline in issuing items from the tool crib to ensure maintenance, repair, and operations inventory accuracy and reduce unnecessary waste.
  • Oversee building and grounds maintenance and material handling equipment maintenance.
  • Supervise utility and janitorial personnel.
