Master's degree or equivalent in an engineering discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience implementing integration solutions using MuleSoft
A highly technical, motivated and collaborative individual with exceptional communication skills
Experience in integration with NetSuite, Salesforce, workday
Demonstrated experience implementing multiple technical integration project SDLCs (Software Development Life Cycle) end-to-end

Hands-on experience in design and development of complex use cases using MuleSoft
Strong governance and drive towards promotion of Mule best practices, guardrail adherence, API Delivery Model
Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as, but not limited to: SOAP, Oracle, DB2, MS/SQL ,REST and/or EJB
Knowledge of best practices for message handling, including message ordering, message persistence, and message acknowledgement
Working experience in an agile/scrum team environment

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement MuleSoft solutions to support the Finance, Supply Chain and HR projects
Work in a cross-cloud environment to ensure seamless integration across all platforms
Collaborate with our team and external teams to design and implement scalable solutions that will enable us to provide new insights, scalable and reliable solutions
Create documentation, including design and testing documents, to support the development of the MuleSoft Integrations
Mentor and coach members of the MuleSoft Team
Ensures delivered work meets technical, functional, performance and business requirements as well as best practices as defined by the team/organization/industry
MuleSoft Administration and MuleSoft Orchestrations
Provide oversight and collaboration with the leadership team on all Middleware system projects and advises management of developments
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MuleSoft Integrations
Stay up-to-date with the latest MuleSoft releases, features, and enhancements, and evaluate their impact on existing integrations
Continuously improve the MuleSoft integration development process and tools to increase efficiency and productivity

Desired Qualifications

The Role

We are actively recruiting a Staff Software Engineer, Mulesoft who is comfortable addressing complexity in a fast-paced environment. As a Staff engineer, you will be responsible for helping drive the Middleware system program and integration of Thrasio’s supply chain and financial systems. You’ll work with the product management, program management, engineering, and business stakeholders to hit our goals and objectives.
