  • Design job architecture and communication strategies.
  • Manage compensation structures across various disciplines and geographies.
  • Lead the planning and execution of compensation reviews.
  • Develop incentive and bonus programs aligned with our company's compensation philosophy and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to develop and maintain robust compensation frameworks.
