LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business has experienced accelerated growth, topping $5B in annual revenue. We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to join us as a Principal Product Manager to lead the data and optimization products for LinkedIn Audience Network (LAN) and drive continued success of the business. This includes ownership over efforts across data and campaign optimization on trusted 3rd party publishers, LAN ads ranking & automation and performance insights. This covers all platforms including Connected TV, Desktop and Mobile and across all Formats such as Video, Display, Native.
LMS products impact how businesses and brands sell, buy, advertise, and connect globally. By using the most cutting-edge AI/ML technologies in a privacy safe way, this role is responsible for building a highly performant and innovative ads marketplace to drive the best ROI for global B2B marketers and deliver the best ad experience to LinkedIn members with our deep and constantly upgrading sense of trust, privacy, and fairness.
As a PPM you will be responsible for owning the long-term strategy and features roadmap to drive impactful product launches and also as industry expert, you will also be responsible for growing product managers in the organization. You will be part of a world class product management team and define the vision and strategy for what Data and Optimization at scale within the rapidly evolving industry landscape.

Responsibilities:
Drive and evolve the Data and Optimization product lines for LAN that focus on optimizing marketplace efficiency for better customer ROI and scale.
Keep a comprehensive understanding of the ad tech industry, and advertiser & member expectations for marketing ROI, ad experience, and privacy requirements.
Create and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for your overall product domain. Get alignment from cross-functional team members and executives for your vision and strategy
Communicate product values to users and stakeholders, representing the team with the company’s senior leadership.
Mentor and develop a team of product managers to innovate and execute product initiatives across the company.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role.
Bachelor’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Built and launched enterprise and/or ad tech products at scale using AI/ML technologies, with a demonstrated ability to develop an ambitious product strategy and successfully execute on the vision.
Keen understanding of the video ads ecosystem with a focus on Connected TV.
Top notch collaborator, who can influence others, rally disparate teams to align to and execute on a shared vision, build a positive team culture and sense of inclusion, and communicate effectively with all audience
An insatiable sense of curiosity, a bias for action, and a strong desire to make an impact.
Demonstrated ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace.
Exceptional ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams. Experience working with a set of highly skilled engineers, data scientists, and designers.

The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
