Responsibilities
  • Assist with project management for specific initiatives as directed by the CHRO and Senior HR Leads.
  • Coordinate project timelines and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of regular reports on HR metrics to the CHRO to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Analyse trends in HR data to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new processes and systems within the department.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Assist with supporting the CHRO, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CHRO.
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas, and provide or coordinate catering.
  • Manage, process, and track expenses and reports.
