Requirements
  • Successful track record as a BDR within e-learning/SaaS/high growth tech
  • Experience with effectively managing and developing a BDR team

Responsibilities

  • Create purpose, maintain motivation and deliver continued improvement within the Outbound BD team
  • Coach and mentor the team, paying close attention to the finer details to ensure continuous development of individuals
  • Champion accountability, and install this value into each team member
  • Leverage social selling through LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the Docebo platform and articulate our value proposition to customers
  • Identify client business pain points and educate potential clients on how Docebo can help leverage their learning needs
