  • 7+ years experience in managing ERP transitions, particularly involving NetSuite and Salesforce is Required
  • Strong business analyst background in the functional areas of Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain, Demand & Supply Planning, Sales Forecasting, Order Management, Warehousing, and Inventory.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to define and document requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, ensuring alignment across various departments and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and facilitating change management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the entire ERP transition project, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting key objectives. This role is 80% Business Analyst.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, IT, Sales Operations and Operations to define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
  • Identify and document detailed business requirements in collaboration with functional leads, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Design and optimize workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvements across finance, supply chain, and operational areas.
  • Ensure seamless integration between NetSuite and Salesforce, driving consistency in data flow and operational processes.
  • Integrations with Boomi, Snowflake, Customer Service Contact Center (Zoom and TalkDesk)
  • Facilitate change management and training to ensure a smooth transition for all departments affected by the new ERP implementation.
  • Work closely with IT and vendor teams to manage system configurations, data migration, and system testing.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee post-implementation support, identifying and resolving any issues as they arise.
