Requirements

  • Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement and solve them using analysis to make strategic and tactical recommendations
  • 2+ years of investment banking or private equity experience, and 3+ years of corporate FP&A experience
  • Rigorous financial modeling and accounting knowledge
  • Proven ability to scale manual processes into more automated ones
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets and SQL skills are required
Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning, budgeting, and overseeing all other FP&A and accounting functions
  • Strategic analyses such as understanding the cost vs. impact for special projects and modeling out how different markets are performing financially
  • Scenario planning to guide important strategic decisions that the company makes, such as how much money should be spent on different initiatives to grow
  • Set and optimize finance and expense policies at the company
  • Work closely with CEO, investors, and cross-functional executive team members to surface and implement best practices. Actively maintain communications with a broad stakeholder base
Desired Qualifications
  • Deep experience working with planning software - Oracle, Planful, Adaptive, etc. (Major points if you've implemented one before)
  • Prior operational experience at a high-growth company is a plus
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus
